I know that GPA isn’t the only deciding factor, but I’m just curious

Well, with me being the only person in my high school who’s going into EECS, I got in with a 4.1x weighted. I believe 3.7x unweighted.

while it’s not totally random, there’s no minimum GPA to be considered. Berkeley accepts students on the holistic approach. This won’t answer your question but neither will any of the people here on the board. Just try to build the most impressive record possible (GPA, SAT’s, EC’s) and don’t forget your essay. That’s probably the make or break factor if your borderline above average.
