<p>I was curious as to what is the normal distribution of items between two roomates in a dorm. One item in particular I want to know about is the TV. Is there usually just one tv in the dorm that one of the roomates brings or do both roomates generally bring a tv? I would really appreciate is</p>
<p>For our room (I’m a girl) my roommate already had a tv, so brought it. I bought a fridge, and she bought a microwave.</p>
<p>Many of the boys on my floor had two televisions (especially the gaming nerds), because they didn’t want to deal with the issue of sharing. </p>
<p>I honestly only used the tv that year a few times, to watch movies. I live in an apartment now and still don’t watch television, just play video games/watch movies.</p>
<p>generally you split the big items… tv/fridge/microwave. Don’t split the price, split the items (so the individual items go home with someone at the end of the year)</p>
