What's the opposite of a Turkey Drop ?

You are all making me laugh, too! I am supposed to be catching up on work before going back to work tomorrow and instead I am here on CC laughing out loud. (Much better than what I should be doing…)

H and I learned early to listen without judging. D always had respectful boyfriends and married a really wonderful guy. S had a few high maintenance girlfriends when he first started dating. D told him not to be so nice. His last two serious girlfriends were lovely, just not ‘the one’. I think he uses his sister as a ‘model’ of what his girlfriends should be like - not a bad idea IMHO.

So, having a respectful boyfriend is good but having a high maintenance girlfriend is bad. More importantly, a sister could be a good helper or an ally for you to score a keeper. LOL.

Gobble Grab?

I have to admit, this is the first time I have heard of this happening. After some of the stories I hear from my kids, it is not surprising that someone would rather be in a committed relationship than participate in the seemingly reckless coupling scene at college.

I agree with you Magnetron….I have been hearing some similar stories from my daughter too …maybe that is why some of these kids who broke up over the summer or shortly after school started want to go back.
