<p>be as concise as possible, they just whant to know if you wasted your time eating chips and watching soaps (bad food and bad acting, yuck! 
)or did nomething productive or interesting. mine where two short paragraphs about 4-5 sentances on each summer.</p>

<p>Mine’s kinda long, mainly since I kinda-sorta didn’t do a ton one summer, and was hoping to make up for it by going into detail on my insanely time consuming job the next summer.</p>

<p>I think 300 words is good at least that’s how long mine was.</p>
<p>In the Common App Supplement, they give the limit of 1500 chars. Let’s say, if one average word is 5 chars, then you can write up to 300 words.</p>
<p>But can’t you continue your summer activities in the additional information section? They never put a length limit on this description anyway.</p>
