Indians are the most obsessed with skin color. I bet largest consumption of talcum powder takes place in India.

^^lol thats why we use fair and lovely creams hahaha.

I find it really hilarious how most Asian people want to be fairer while most Westerners think they look better when they’re tan.

^^ Fair and Lovely! Or the Wear-it-and-you-will-find-Prince-Charming cream

^ haha, those fair and lovely commercials and ads are so fake.

I know many black people that use that product (not here)…SMH.

I’m biracial; my mom is white and my dad is black. I’m all for interracial relationships! I don’t understand people who are against them. There are so many factors that go into a relationship, why would race be included?

I’ve dated solely black guys in the past but I’m open to all races. My current boyfriend is Bengali (Bangladesh).

^^ Dude, Fair and Lovely is worth it just for the ridiculously cheesy ads. Now they’ve come up with Fair and Handsome too. And do you know, the company responsible for the Dove Real Beauty Campaign are also responsible for a fairness cream.

:(

For some reason, society always hands me the losing lotto ticket. But I didn’t think my skin was that bad…

That aside, I can do nothing but shake my head in sadness. Kudos to you, John117, for resisting the temptation to think like that.

^Aw thanks! I’m dating a black girl right now haha. My mom doesn’t know so don’t tell her! hahaha.

^^ I think black people have really, really nice skin actually I’m light-skinned so I’m not that lucky :/

^ no way!! congrats Once I read a story about this one Indian guy that got married to a black girl…and the indian guy’s dad wasn’t happy with that & he had her killed by a hitman.

YEah…that sorta doesn’t tend to happen on a normal basis lol.

I swear my dad is so wimpy…he’s a total nice guy. Sometimes I feel anyone could take advantage of him.
He only survives because my mom protects him. Sigh…
My dad was in an arranged marriage in his first marriage. In his second, my step mom asked him out.
He’s so lucky…I can never imagine how he’d survive in today’s world by being SO NICE!!

I think my parent’s marriage was arranged as well. But whenever I ask my parents about it they don’t give me an answer It’s still kinda a mystery how they met. I think I have an idea but I’m still unsure.

^ but nice guys always finish first Nice guys>>>jerks.

im’ a short asian guy… i like white girls mostly but you know, im’ open to dating any race, i’ve found different types of girls very attractive

there’s this one girl i had a crush on from 5th to 9th grade that was half white, half chinese

interracial dating for the win! as russell peters said, we’ll all be beige in the end so everyone wins!

“Have you guys seen any Chinese + Indian couple? Or any Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Viet, etc) + Indian?” --John117

yeah, i’m a short chinese dude, i dated a taller indian girl
