WHEN? about the going off the waitlist

<p>Since I am a intl student, it is necessary for me to get an i-20 form from the school i am going to in order to get the visa.
SO I am wondering if the schools (hotchkiss/taft) really pick students from the list this year, when will this happeN?</p>

<p>yes – you do have to get an I-20 form to get the student visa.</p>

<p>I know that schools generally don’t go to the waitlist until after April 10th – and many never go to the waitlist.</p>

<p>It would be best to contact the schools directly and ask them for that information. You might also ask them if they think they might go to the waitlist for international students.</p>

<p>rocncyber makes a good point. You should contact the schools to see where you sit on the waitlist. This should give you a reasonable idea of your chances.</p>

<p>I’m staying on the waitlist, but anyone on it should probably be focusing themselves on the idea that they will not be attending bs next year</p>
