So when we’re applying for internships do we remove all A+s from our transcripts before we calculate our GPA or leave it in there? I’m in engineering btw (applying for internships in financial services).

thanks in advance for the help

Why would you take out A+s? If you earned them, report them.

Wouldn’t I have to report the GPA out of 4.3 and * not * 4.0 then, since not all schools have A+s? Also, I know for med schools they don’t consider A+s, so I was wondering if it’s the same for internships.

A lot of places ask what your GPA is out of. If you are going to include A+ then put 4.3 if you’re going to not include then readjust to 4.0. However, if it’s just on your resume then I’d leave them in.
