When applying for undergrad, can you only apply to one college?

I’d like to double major in Stern and Tisch. In the common app, can I only apply for one of them?

I do not believe you can apply to both Stern and Tisch as a freshman. I do believe that there is a 5-year joint/double Stern/Tisch major that you can apply to after freshman year.

This is probably a question you should pose to an admissions officer.
