When are RD acceptance letters sent out?

Yea I second what nidachti said. I emailed, but never got a response.

As best as I can determine, it’s all based on what was stated in the early write letters. Someone should probably check with Bowdoin on Monday if the letters do not start arriving by then. It’s always possible that Bowdoin might have planned to mail the letters on March 23rd but plans don’t always get implemented exactly as intended.

Hopefully a response to my email will come by then. I WANT MY LETTER. :-(

Maybe we shouldn’t get our hopes up too high about getting letters on Monday until it’s actually confirmed…

Northeast MA = nada. kev07wan PLEASE post their response to your email!

Yea, NorthWestern MA = nada. No response from their email yet, sorry guys. They never really responded to any of my past emails, so I didn’t have my hopes up very high that they’d respond to this one.

STILL WAITING.

Still waiting here in Texas. =/

Nothing in Vermont either

Nothing in MD either.

Nothing in NY :(

No letter in southern Maine. So I’d say they definitely did not send them out last week.

guess not…

who have you guys been e-mailing? just Admissions generally or the specific person for your region? I’ve e-mailed the lady that is actually responsible for reviewing my application a few times in the past and i’ve recieved e-mails back.

I emailed both, my regional person and general admissions. Got a response from admissions once, but my regional person never really responded to me.

So, does anyone know when we can expect to receive something?

nothing in today’s mail…Maryland

nothing in Alabama, though it’s possible I’m the only one in the state who applied.

just a heads-up to all you hopefuls that, regardless of what the early-write letters say, bowdoin is notoriously bad at getting their letters out on time. in past years, theirs are usually among the last letters students receive. perhaps this year will be different, though.

Nothing today - Illinois.

Nothing in “regular”/ Eastern MA either i guess it was all just hype. The real date must be the normal April 1st then.

Nothing in the Greater Portland area today, so it will be at least a few more days for everyone else.

^ Eh, crap. They probably haven’t even sent out the letters yet. Has anyone contacted Bowdoin?
