Nothing here in Western MA.

Waiting for the end of the week!

I got mine today. Live in DC area. I’m excited now–I don’t suck at getting into college as I thought! :)

It’s in a big FedEx package, and the letter of congratulations was very nice (and personalized!).

Good luck to you all.

Oh, so they shipped via FedEx. Is there any way we can track the packages using our names?

You need a tracking number or an account number in order to track a fedex package, and I doubt that Bowdoin will disclose either number . . .

anyone else get anything today?

so if they fedex them we could still potentially get it after the mail comes…so if a few days pass and no fedex package it’s most likely a rejection?

and how fast does fed ex deliver? next day?

when was your’s postmarked ?

Fedex has many delivery options - it has one that’s like UPS (second day delvery) and at least two options for next day delivery (before 10AM or after 10AM).

Hey, Greater Portland… I just got my acceptance via express mail… yay!

wow the letters already reached oregon??

Probably Portland, ME…

i wonder when they sent them out…probably yesterday

hahaha yea maine would make more sense sorry…I’m guessing they sent them out yesterday.do people think they sent acceptances/ rejections with the same postal speed?

Yeah, sorry, Portland ME (I always forget about that other Portland)… they’ll be reaching everyone else soon. They sent it to me Next day express ala USPS, so they went out yesterday.

I had a friend get one today, but no one else from my school yet- Vermont

well hopefully the acceptances weren’t ALL next day delivery…

kind of mean if they weren’t, but I’m still hoping for it

well, if you have Fedex Insight, you can get Fedex Inbound View emails telling you the moment something is filled out to be sent to you. I get these emails every time someone sends me something via Fedex…often days before the item arrives. So getting Fedex Insight would give you the good news by email before the envelope arrives.

Wait…which one is it. Someone said they got their letter from FedEx but someone else said they got it USPS priority…I am confused.

I would find it weird for them to all be FedEx…its pretty expensive.

I got it USPS express, which can be pretty pricey as well. I’m a bit confused as to why they’re sending it this way… hm.
