When answering questions like 'how many honors and APs have you taken?", should S count the courses for a whole year, or 2 semesters? For example, he takes honor Chinese the entire school year spanning two semesters. Is that one course or two courses? I assume it is one, but want to make sure. Thanks.
Depends on the form that’s used. I would report Honors 1st year Chinese (2 semesters).
Generally you count courses by the year. Our school has only a handful of courses which they give .5 credits for (health is one because it meets only one semester, gym is another because it only meets twice a week.)
