When can I apply again?

I decided to take a break after high school but don’t know the exact time I can apply again to Cal Poly Pomona. Also, does the Freshman Undergraduate label apply to me since I am applying again?

Yes to 1 Oct for Cal Poly. If you didn’t take any college courses during your gap year you are still a freshman for application.
