when converting ACT to SAT should i compare percentiles to get a score?

I got a 30 E, 28 M, and 31 E/W on the ACT, and according to this website (ACT Score Information: National Ranks for Test Scores and Composite Score), my percentiles are 93, 91, 98 respectively. and then using this website ([Page</a> Not Found](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools)), my “converted scores” are 680+680+740. is this right?

Info is not enough to convert. What is your ACT composite?
28 ACT M ~ 660-670 SAT M
31 ACT E/W ~ 690-710 SAT W
But we cannot get your SAT CR without ACT composite, sorry.</p>
