<p>I was just wondering when other students had or plan to have their college list done. Did you know what colleges you were applying to early in your senior year or did you decide in the last minute?</p>
<p>My list was mostly-kinda final the summer before 12th grade. It was still under construction in October, though at that point I was mostly just removing colleges that I had visited and didn’t like as much as I had hoped I would. Then shortly before applications were due it underwent a drastic change when I unexpectedly got accepted to my EA school. Of the about 8 colleges on my almost-final list, I only ended up applying to two (Stanford EA and Middlebury because I had already paid the app fee), and I ended up withdrawing my application to Middlebury after I accepted Stanford’s offer of admission.</p>

<p>Most of my list was very last minute because I had about three colleges that I knew that I wanted to apply to, and then my family around Thanksgiving pretty much pressured me to apply to a whole group of elite colleges, so my list went up to twelve by early December, but it all worked out so I have nothing to complain about, just all of those financial aid forms were so annoying…</p>
