<p>I know they don’t tell you until spring, but do they start accepting once the application submission period begins or is is once all the applications have been submitted? Also, does submitting an application towards the end of the filing period lower your chances of submission? I only ask because I won’t be able to submit applications until I can submit my SAT subject test scores towards mid-november.</p>
