when do I start planing for transfer

<p>WHen do I start planning for transfer , I am going to study in US , I for some reason did not get my top choces although having a great a academic and sport background . I do think I was short on foriegn language credit required.</p>

<p>I will take a few foriegn language credits and cover up the gaps to apply again . What is the best way to do so.</p>
