I realize that Yale SCEA decisions come out December 15, but I’m wondering when exactly the admissions committee meets, for how long, etc? Does anyone know in detail how the process works at Yale?

I’ve heard that the adcoms started reviewing SCEA apps even before the Nov 1 deadline. I’d say they spend about 15-25 mins per application and maybe 2 readers per application… but I’m just guessing.

^ Wow 15 -25 mins on an application that pretty much sums up 4 years of really hard work. Its just like how the SAT essay is graded in, from what i’ve heard, less than a minute.

Love the title.

Thanks, noreally. I’m trying to market my threads for optimal response.

surely the fact that regional officers read them first means that more time will be spent on the first review?
