<p>When do we do housing assignments…and pick roommates?</p>

<p>At Stanford, you do not pick your roommates freshman year. You will fill out a questionairre and your roommate(s) are selected for you.</p>

<p>When you send in the enrollment thing, you put down a dorm preference. You can choose between all-frosh or four-class (though all-frosh is in very high demand) with single-sex or coed floors, or SLE, Frosoco, or a theme dorm. You’ll find out your actual house assignment sometime over the summer.</p>

<p>You’ll find out your roommate’s name when you check into your dorm on September 18 and see their name on your door.</p>
