When do you have to sign up for the PSAT?

<p>My nephew will be a sophomore next year and wants to sign up for the PSAT so he can have practiced it before the Junior Year. When does he need to sign up for it? I know his school offers it, but I haven’t been able to find out from them about sign-ups (they are on vacation).</p>
