When do you plan to move to Evanston?

<p>I know residence halls open September 16th for new students
but is anybody moving to Evanston earlier than that to “check things out”
and get used to the surrounding area?</p>

<p>and if you are, do you plan to stay at a hotel?</p>

<p>I think it’s September 15 not 16. It was the 16 last year.</p>

<p>You can visit the campus early (e.g., stay in a hotel) to check things out. I would recommend moving in during the official move-in week unless you’re staying in an off-campus apartment.</p>
