After you already have a 2400 in SATIIs and a extra 780 would it sort of be crossing the line to take another one, or incredibly impressive to (and retake the 780) for 5x800?

What about retaking a 780 MII? Since everyone seems to have one, and I’m into math/sciences

Retake MII, I mean I would, it’s curve is so generous that you easily get 800. If you are in math/sciences - you shouldn’t have any troubles after some practice, and yes, that would be impressive :)

I say get the 800 in MII if u plan to major in math or science. The curve on that is so ridiculous that most of the top tier schools really do look down on you if you can’t get the 800. An 800 means you could have missed like 5 questions or 0. The colleges don’t really know, but a 780 means u definitely missed more than 5.

And what schools are you seriously considering applying to with only 4 SATIIs under your belt? Take at least 7 more. I mean, nowadays who doesn’t take all of the tests?

You’re retaking a 780 MathII? I got a 760 and I’m retaking. Some people tell me it’s stupid but the percentile is so low…and with the curve I probably missed a bunch of questions.
