When exactly does UC applications open? & fee waiver

<p>Ms. Sun’s is saying October, but UC site says November.</p>

<p>a few months ago, i was faking the UC application that was to be submitted for Fall 2011, and when it got to the part about the fee waiver, it shot me back that I am not qualified. Is it because the period was closed or what? My mom makes 0 income & i am the only child. She never wen’t to college & my dad was never there since I was born.</p>

<p>Talk to your current school counselor. I believe they can fill out the forms for you to get the app waivers.</p>

<p>I believe early October you can access the application but can only file it November 1-30.</p>
