<p>I have some generic questions I want to ask of the finaid people at schools that my HS Junior son is getting interested in. I don’t want to bother them now, during obviously a very busy time, but when is a good time?</p>

<p>Probably depends on the school. At our school the fall (october and november) is the slowest time. However, there are very few week were we would refuse to meet with families. (mostly in april and june)</p>

<p>Yup, I can wait. Like I said, my S is just a junior, so we have lots of time. My questions are primarily about how things would change when the number of siblings in college changes, and about how need interacts with merit.</p>
