When is application due?

<p>When it says the application is due Dec 1, is that at 11:59 PM on Dec 1 or 11:59 PM on Nov 30??</p>

<p>For students submitting online applications, anything submitted by 11:59 p.m. (Pacfic Time) of the deadline day will be considered “on time.”</p>

<p>So it would be on Dec 1, 11:59 PM.</p>
