<p>A lot of big name coaches started in the MAC. </p>
<p>I wouldn’t expect most big name schools to grab a guy right from his first real coaching job. I’m not even sure what the coaching change landscape looked like then. </p>
<p>He took over awful, awful teams. No one should expect an 11 win season right away. </p>
<p>I also believe Peppers will stick around. He committed early enough and he has recruited hard enough for us.</p>
