When is it time to replace Brady Hoke?

…so if Hoke is coaching for Michigan next year (looks like he will be), he will likely be around for a while. Unless I’m missing something, the schedules for the next two years look easier. We’ve basically replaced Iowa and Nebraska with Rutgers and Maryland. Hoke should be doing better against these teams…even if he had the team he has today. True, we play Notre Dame, Michigan Stage, and Ohio State away next year, but Penn state is at home…it sorta evens out in the sense that it likely doesn’t matter if Ohio State is home or away (at least in 2014).

Also, Michigan is clearly improving…Gardner is improving…even our offense is improving. I don’t think they should be improving so slowly…that’s for another post though.
