Since you don’t need financial aid, there are many schools still taking apps. Are you interested in LACs? These are smaller schools say 2K students…and the ones still taking apps likely won’t be in major cities. Let us know the important criteria again and we can make more suggestions.
I do think you should put in an app to Pitt. They might not branch you as a full pay international (because they know you would be unlikely to attend then.)
