When is the best time to apply sophomore year or junior

<p>When is the best time to apply for my dream school given that I have 4.0 GPA in an okay cuny school, and horrible old SAT 1100 as a science major (premed)? Apply in for sophomore year or junior? Spring or fall ?</p>

<p>I will say sophomore year so they can focus on your college records</p>

<p>Apply to enter as a junior so they can look at your college records & you can save $$ toward paying for the dream school (which likely will be expensive). Most Us will still look at HS info if you’re applying to enter as a soph, but you can contact dream schools & ask for BEST info.</p>
