<p>If yes, will it matter if I send it today? (all my schools were due 1/1!!)</p>
<p>I have to request my school to send an official copy by ordering my transcript on a website. We start school on Tuesday, and the school office will not be sending anything until then. Does this matter?</p>
<p>The deadline is when after a grace period, after they contact your school, and if the school repeatedly ignores the request for the missing information (basically shafting you and many other seniors) – if that stage is reached, then you’re at the college’s deadline.</p>

<p>^Yeah, pretty much. Colleges spend weeks processing forms and information, and they will send you or your school a notification if anything is missing. If you ignore those notifications, THEN you’re in trouble!</p>
