To GA

At any school in the country, the ability to earn A grades is dependent on two forces and two forces alone. The first is the professor or instructor for that particular class. While the college or university itself may decide how much an A, a B, a C, etc. grade is worth, and what g.p.a qualifies for each of the latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, and summa cum laude), the professor for each of your classes decides what standards must be met in order to receive a specific grade in their class. The other force is you. You are in chaarge of deciding how much studying and preparation you need given the professor’s requirements in order to receive any type of grade in that class.
