<p>I’m currently a senior and school hasn’t started yet. I’m not sure when I should submit my common application because there are a few activities i’m planning on doing senior year but I haven’t done yet but want to write on my common app. When do you think I should turn it in? Also, for the common app, do I turn in the SSR and transcript later or does it count as part of turning in the common app or what?</p>
<p>Honestly I’d submit the app whenever you feel ready. From what I understand, you’re allowed to put down activities that you think you’re going to do during your senior year. As for the SSR and Transcript, I believe you should contact your school about sending those in around the same time that you submit your applications. That way the schools can start processing your complete applications as soon as possible. Even though they say that the last application is just as important as the first one, I’m sure that if your essays are good enough then the they will appreciate it much more than if they read it at the end.
