<p>This is a link to discussion about student debt. There is a link on the page to the original article about debt taken to attend culinary institutes, but the discussion is about student debt in general. Culinary schools, especially the Culinary Institute of America have been the thing for a while now, most likely due to TV influence. Like Taxguy, I am really horrified at the debt burden that kids and their families take on, without really investigating the reality of paying it off. </p>
