<p>I know I probably look stupid right now but is it worth sending in my app sometime on Nov 1st or 5th? The only thing I’m waiting on is a recommendation so should I apply early but without the recommendation or apply later with it?</p>
<p>The school considers applications without the recommendation. If your GPA and Test scores are strong you can get accepted without the recommendation. For strong candidates the turnaround is fairly quick. Within one month.</p>
