Do all UCs require a minimum of 60 credits and a junior standing for transfers? What if my major (Computer art and animation) does not exist at UCs, will the credits I earned in computer classes transfer? Thanks!
As long as the courses are deemed UC-transferable. The UCs decide that, although you can reach out to admissions and they may take a look at your transcript. But it’s unlikely they would have time until late May after the round of applications die down.
Your major may have a variant at UCLA and maybe UCSC. You should look through their course catalog and see if any courses match (more or less).
And yes, you must be a junior and have 60 semester units.

Yes, by the end of spring before the fall enrollment at the UC.
