When will I be billed, and how?

<p>I originally only signed up for the USH Subject test, but I later decided to go ahead and take Math II as well. Since I’ve only paid the basic fee ($20) plus the fee for USH ($9), when will I be billed the additional $9 for the Math II test? And how will they bill me? (Mail, email, is my CC on file? etc.)</p>
