<p>The exact date varies by a few days. It’s usually the third week of July, give or take a couple of days because of normal postal variances (or Godot forbid, postal strikes).</p>

<p>CollegeBoard has already taken so much of my money…I’m hesitant to feed them again.</p>

<p>California gets its mail on the first week of July.</p>

<p>It depends where you live. Mail arrives in waves across the country with the W coast getting it first (as garfieldliker said) and the E coast receiving it last.</p>

<p>I called last year, and will again this year.</p>

<p>Last year I didn’t get it in the mail until mid-August.</p>

<p>Next year it will be free. :(</p>
