When would you submit SAT/ACT scores to a score-optional school?

<p>When you’re in the middle 50%? Or only when you’re above the middle 50%?</p>

<p>e.g.</p>

<p>Amherst 29-33
Brown 28-33
Cornell 29-33</p>

<p>If I have a 30 (31 superscore), would I be better off not sending them in? Also, is there a list of schools available that superscore the ACT?</p>
