<p>abstract algebra isn’t too tough, as long as you know your terminology and set theory.</p>
<p>It’s possible to finish an Abstract Algebra course in under two weeks. 
Of course, that’s just the course – it’ll take much longer than that to gain a thorough [complete] understanding of the subject.</p>
