When's an opportune time to sleep?

I want to get enough rest for my 9 o clock classes in the morning, but I also don’t want to miss anything.

Does the beginning of freshman year have more stuff going on in the dorms, etc?!

The most opportune time to sleep is at night

Depends on how much sleep you need to feel rested. If you’re one of the lucky ones who only need six hours then you could probably stay up till 2 depending on your morning routine and how far your first class is.

When you’re tired.

touch

…is this a real question?

Whenever you are done with homework for your next class. You should socialize and talk with people during dinner and shortly after dinner (considering if your last class of the day is in afternoon). After around 9-10ish, I would say call it a night and get back to your room and get some work done.

When you are done with homework, if times are not too late, you could hang with other people of your floor. For me, I’d like to get to bed at 1:30a at the latest…just so I’d have enough sleep to not get tired in morning or feel stressed.

But of course…if your dorm floor is dead-silent after a certain time…get to bed. Socialization can wait for another day.

When you’re dead.

Just kidding… kind of.

I mean, try to maintain some sort of balance among your work, social life, and sleep schedule, and try not to ever dip below 5 hours for a night’s sleep. If you do, the morning and/or entire next day WILL be miserable.

good god it’s 4 AM. I better get some sleep…
