Whens latest to send defferal reversal letter?

when do I have to have it in?

End of January I would say. They suggest mid-January but I doubt adcoms will look at the letter the day it gets in your file. They probably won’t have any idea as to when it was received.

-FreakedOut

is this the letter saying reenforcing why you want to go to penn?

Things move very fast in admissions. So, don’t procrastinate. Get it done now.

I spoke to my regional director and she told me to submit it anytime before the end of February because that is when they go into the admissions committee to vote on her admission.

what should you include in the deferral reversal letter?

Say that it is still your number 1 school and you will attend if accepted. Reinforce your love for the school. It’s really like a bullshi.t letter but it needs to be written so that they don’t forget that you actually exist and they you really want to go there.

I’m writing a letter about the role my job has played in my high school career. And while I may be RD, would anyone mind reading over it?

The regional rep told me that he tells most ppl to do it by the end of january, but that realistically mid-february should be fine

If you’re sending in an extra recommendation letter, should you still use the application Form 3A for it? On the top of the form, however, you have to check either regular decision or early decision- there is no option for deferral recommendation…

What did you guys do?

should we write it like a business letter, with formatted heading?

i have no idea how to start this letter. any advice?
