<p>I called Rutgers today and one of the admission officers told me that it will be
out end of the August!</p>
<p>So we will be able to apply for the 2007 school year as soon as the new apps are out? Also should i send my SAT info from collegeboard now or wait until my school sends out a transcript and then do it?</p>
<p>you will have to have your sat and any ap scores sent from collegeboard Rutgers will not accept them from your high school transcript.<br>

<p>You can do it now. Just make sure they don’t require that you submit your app first (so that they have your file on record to add the scores to).</p>
