We’ve bee talking about meeting at Frist during orientation for what seems like a year now. I did promise everyone cookies. Of course, zante knows where cookieson lives and will be the first in line for care packages!

Anyway, I don’t know what everyone’s schedule is, but I’ll be on campus all day Saturday the 10th. There are a couple of parent meetings I have to go to.

Hey cookiemom! no idea on where and when, but I did find cookieson on facebook! makes me feel proud of my stalker abilities! (wait…maybe I should rethink that statement…lol)

I think everyone needs to wear a nametag with their AIM s/ns or CC names…

I too often forget people’s real names when I talk to them, and will probably end up introducing myself to someone, only to find out we’ve already talked online quite a few times. ;)

Ok, but you have phil have it easy, because your CC name includes your real name (unless I’m mistaken and your name isn’t Rachel?)
I’m going to just change my name to Zante… :p

I always feel so bad when someone asks me what my name is and I tell them and they’re like “oh that’s pretty” because I think, well if I told you how it was spelled, you’d think it was ugly…so I feel deceitful :(

I was looking at the orientation schedule for Saturday and it seems pretty jam packed. They also politely indicated they were throwing parents off campus at 5:30 PM. Cookieson told me that I need to give him lots of cookies because he expects you all to be dropping by his room during orientation. He’s in a suite in the tower section of Buyers. According to Alumother and another alum I know, this used to be quite the wild party suite and now it’s sub-free. However, that doesn’t mean there can’t be COOKIE PARTIES!!! I guess I’m going to have to watch the vanilla content though…

Ahh cookie parties!! Yay drools I can see it now…all the CCers getting a cookie addiction, knocking at cookieson’s door at odd hours of the night, screaming for cookies :)

If you ever need a safe place to put extra cookies…my room is always free…

I can assure you there will be lots of chocolate. In fact I bought him two bags of candy today to take with him, but we haven’t bought his sheets yet - priorities you know. Just don’t visit him too late at night. He’s an early to bed early to rise type.

Oh, but habits can change…you two will be in the minority if you still maintain that early to bed early to rise routine in college…
Plus, you’ll miss out on some great parties.

Cookiemom, I can just see you being responsible for many people’s freshman 15!
