Where Are You Going to School & Why? Don't Be Shy :D

UT-Austin spring’11 as a transfer.
i’m staying at my cc in my town to bring up my GPA.

University of Wisconsin Madison

Affordable, top notch education, and great sports. Oh yeah, and the parties :)

UNCC (University of North Carolina Charlotte). Turned down Duke and UNC because of family and money at first. After the first year, I realize no one is going to help keep me out of debt except the government and Sallie Mae, so why not go where I can benefit most? Now I’m transferring somewhere I want to be. If I ever do get into Med. School, it’s going to be like $100K debt on top of my UG debt (hopefully little to none with the new health care provisions? (: )

At the moment I’m at a SoCal community college because of money. I had wonderful grades in HS, took and passed AP tests, etc. but alas, little money for education = :(. Anyway, I’m keeping up my GPA and my goal is UCI while my safety is a close by (aka commuter :/) CSU. I’ll most likey end up at the CSU simply because of money…

BUT, thanks to my passing AP scores, taking three yrs of Spanish in HS, and the classes I took last semester and this current semester (I’m a second semester freshman chronology-wise, a sophmore unit-wise), by the end of Spring 2010 I’ll be finished with IGETC, have 50 units, and have only 4 more major prep classes to take for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 (combined) which means fun electives! Hawaiian dancing anyone? Haha. So stoked! :D

now? community college.

this summer/fall? UC Santa Barbara

I feel the same way about my school (except it’s a different kind of football)

haha isn’t it funny that Cuse0507 is going to UNC Chapel Hill and not syraCUSE?

Hey, I made this name 5 years ago when I was still in high school and had no clue where I would end up going to college. :)

MCGILL! in Montreal because its cheap, internationally recognized, strong in IR, and I have a sense of adventure for exploring other cultures

Boston University because its the best school I’ve been accepted to. It offered me the most aid of all my schools, including publics (ironic?) and has a great business program inside of it. Huge focus on teamwork/leadership, proximity to Boston, and inside a huge city with a campus feel makes it all worthwhile.

Plus, didn’t get into Boston College. Stupid Waitlist.

Podunk State University. We have the BEST toilet repair program, hands down.

University of Florida because I got screwed by Carnegie Mellon and NYU with their terrible financial aid packages.

Wow, go on whicha bad self!

suny oswego because it’s perfect for my major, it’s in-state and i could really see myself being happy there  can’t wait!
