Where can I apply with these results as international student?

I have

  1. Overall 7.5 on IELTS (8; 8.5; 6.5; 6.5)
  2. SAT reasoning with essay - 1300 (610/690) & 11
  3. and hopefully get higher than 600 on SAT subject tests (math level 2 and physics)
    I am from Kazakhstan and wondering if it is possible to apply for selective university in the USA for full scholarship with my results?

With a 1300 SAT, I don’t think you will be admitted to any selective universities. Unless you have an excellent and well rounded EC / Resume.

You can consider applying to Ohio state, UTD and UT Arlington.

You will most likely get in all of the three and maybe scholarship from UTA but don’t know about others.

The OP has no shot at a full ride at any of those schools with those scores. I doubt he will be able to find a full scholarship anywhere with those scores, unfortunately.
