I dont really want to buy one, yet I need one. Isnt there a reuse office around campus somewhere where unwanted items are dropped off?

you could always steal one when they say to leave umbrellas outside

lolololol only jk

buy one, cheapo-u can get one for literally 5 bucks at walmart :)

^ trading up is ok. if you have a crappy umbrella, it doesn’t hurt to trade up for a nicer one sometimes. you have to watch out though, some nice ones have an ecolocation microchip which they can use to find out by “pings”. just find the chip and throw it to a pigeon or something.

Why wouldn’t you buy something you need…

Firapira. OMG

hahahahah

much nicer to way to put was i was saying into words, lol.

Is Firafira serious about the chips? Awwww snap, where is the chip? I need to throw the one I traded today out…

Or just constantly jingle your keys and mess with the echo. wheeee
I too do not have an umbrella. I like to sit in class wet and make others uncomfortable.

I’m considering one of these:

For those of you who want luxury and can afford to pay £325, get a Brigg Umbrella:

James Smith is very nice for the price though.

dats a nice umbrella, wonder if I can find one out here. been seeing too many wal-mart ones lately, hard to trade up a $100 umbrella.

Since when are we using pounds as currency in the US? No one ever told me we switched :(

What can you buy with dollars these days? Psh…

@Firapira: Just keep looking, you’ll get the opportunity eventually.

These get stolen wayyyyyy too often.

dayam, gotta get me one of those. no microchip too!

you gotta get a legit umbrella. Made of steel. That would be so good. No one can steal it.

^ indeed with such an umbrella, no one will test your mettle and steal it. just make sure the brand is not forged.

Does anyone know where you can buy a sturdy umbrella that won’t break once the wind hits?

dude… it’s berkeley. just pretend u left an umbrella outside lecture along with all the other people and take one. it’s like how people jaywalk like there are no cars.

I don’t want to steal someone’s umbrella…I’ll just be as bad as the one who stole mine. >:[

my roommate got her umbrella stolen last year. so she bought a new one and wrote her name ALL over it in Sharpie.
