<p>I have a 3.6 Unweighted GPA, and a 4.3 Weighted GPA. This is going to go up quite a bit though because my grades are much better this year. I have a lot of community service including a major project I started myself, and a lot of extra curriculars. I also have several teachers who said they would write me letters of recommendation and a college counselor I am getting to know well. What colleges can I get into? I have not taken the SAT yet and while my new school has no ranking, I was in the top 20% at my old school.</p>
<p>It sounds like you should have a good chance at most schools. Some things to think about now are: do well on the SAT or ACT, start talking now with your parents about how much they can afford for school. College can be very expensive. If you look at Private schools you might be able to get scholarships if you are toward the high end of their acceptance standards. In state public schools are generally lower in cost than other schools.
