What are my chances to getting into lower tier uc’s such as uci, ucr, ucsc, ucm, or any cal states ? I want to major prepharmacy and I was looking into university of the pacific. Is there a chance for me there?

I believe you have a chance, just increase those SAT/ACT scores. Work on your writing as well. Reading will definitely help you with this. I’m not too familiar with the UC’s, so I can’t really offer my two cents. You’re early in the applications process, use your time wisely and best of luck!

First of all, I hear that in pharmacy the degree and certificate themselves are most important. Where you got your degree is less important. I think that you have a great chance at many Cal States and possibly some lower UC’s. I personally feel that the Cal states are great schools and for majors that lead straight into jobs, the Cal States often do a better job preparing you for the real world than the UC’s.
