I don’t know what I want to go into, but considering engineering. I just want to go to the best school I can go to. Keep in mind that my parents can’t pay for me to go to school.

I’ve been looking at USC and Berkeley.

I feel like my chances of going to a top-25 school are very slim. Thank you for reading and please help me out!

Thanks again!

UC Berkeley gives little to no financial aid to Out of State students. Expect to pay at the minimum $23K/year plus EFC up to $55K/year, so I would drop that school.
Your Stats may make you eligible for FA/Merit aid at USC which is private. Run the Net Price calculator to see what your costs may be. Also look in to Univ of Alabama where your stats could get significant merit and financial aid.

Good Luck.

Berkeley will be too expensive. Don’t apply.

Look at colleges that meet full need and also at NMF guaranteed scholarships.

University of Alabama
USC
Rice
Cornell maybe

Look at universities that offer full tuition to full ride (tuition, room and board) scholarships for NMSF/NMF, and also look at Ivies, because they will provide full financial aid if you get in, and you have a shot at admission. Start your search here:
