I have been searching for the perfect college for me for two years now. I just did yet another collegeboard.com college matchmaker search, just out of boredom, and found the California University of Management and Sciences (CalUMS). I have never seen this before! I can’t find much info on it, but on collegeboard it says that there are about 100 students and the tuition is about $5000. Does anyone have any information on CalUMS? Any experiences?

Still waiting for answers. Or maybe the school is just that unknown?

The university, and I use that term lightly, is accredited by ACICS. I checked out their website and it seems to be an organization that accredits ITT Tech, Golf Acadamey of America, Westwood College, Kaplan, and other places you might see advertised on late night TV or during Judge Judy. I’ve known a couple of people who have gotten their degrees at ITT Tech, and they seemed pretty dilusional to what it was they were suppose to have learned, but loved the school.

Personally, I think anyone could do better.

Another good sign that the college isn’t worth a nickle is that this thread appears on the first page of a google search for it.
