Where do Cornell Students go

Where do Cornell students go to get (blood) tested for free and anonymously?

gannett usually has it i think.

if you are talking about HIV and other STD examinations…Gannett is no longer free and is not anonymous (but is confidential)…

there is a clinic run by Ithaca (or tompkins county) that offers free anonymous HIV testing…but is off campus…i think they offer oral and blood exams…

while gannett is not anonymous, you figure if you really do have HIV then you’ll have to tell a doctor sometime…it’s more of a mental thing than an actual policy problem…

Where is this free anonymous testing in Ithaca? What’s it called?
How much does Gannett charge?

you can visit the gannett website or call them for any concerns…

[Tompkins County Health Department](http://www.tompkins-co.org/health/std/index.htm)

there’s a planned parenthood in ithaca too…

does gannett charge for the normal blood test-- like for cholesterol, triglycerides, etc. (i’m not asking about the hiv kind)
do you just call them for a blood test?

yes any lab work has a fee…

how much it is depends on your insurance plan…
